more About Me 😊
With over 15 years of experience working with both corporates and startups in 7 different countries, I am equipped with the insights and practical knowledge necessary to bridge the gap between adult learning theories and workplace technology.
My international business experience with companies such as L’Oréal, Michelin, and WeWork allows me to bring a global perspective to my customers, preparing them for success in a diverse and dynamic business environment.
What’s my motto? Using technology as a tool for humans to learn, instead of dehumanizing learning through unguided automation. Besides consulting, I’m co-founder of iQMA, an exciting Workplace Technology platform that’s all about using AI and Data Analytics to develop leadership skills for employees. I also co-created The Bravery, an innovative course integrating Sustainability Management practices for the IT sector.
Oh, and fun fact – I’ve had the incredible opportunity to lead an EdTech Accelerator called AWS EdStart for 3 years at Amazon Web Services. So, you could say I’ve got a knack for bringing fresh perspectives to Learning & Technology!
