With over 15 years of international experience across 7 countries, I bring a unique blend of strategic insight, practical expertise, and cultural intelligence to the evolving world of workplace learning. My background spans both corporates and startups, giving me the ability to bridge the gap between adult learning theory and the realities of business and technology.
I’ve held leadership roles at globally recognized companies like L’Oréal, Michelin, and WeWork, equipping me with a strong foundation in enterprise dynamics and cross-functional collaboration. My global exposure allows me to help businesses navigate complexity, drive innovation, and stay competitive in a rapidly changing world of work.
Academically, I hold a MSc in Management from EMLYON Business School and am a certified corporate trainer and accredited learning designer by the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore.
I’m also the co-founder of iQMA, a Workplace Technology platform that leverages AI and Data Analytics to address employee disengagement and retention—two of today’s most pressing organizational challenges.
Previously, I had the privilege of leading the AWS EdStart Accelerator for 3 years at Amazon Web Services, where I supported some of the most promising EdTech startups in scaling impactful learning solutions.
