What Your Team Will Master
01
Professional Prompting
Staff write prompts that produce precise, usable output the first time — not drafts that need heavy editing before they're fit to send.
02
Workflow Integration
AI embedded inside the processes your team runs every day — reporting, client briefs, meeting summaries, data analysis — not open in a separate tab as an afterthought.
03
Safe Adoption Habits
Teams understand what data is safe to share with AI tools, how to verify outputs before acting on them, and how to avoid the mistakes that create reputational or compliance risk.
04
Day-One Usable Skills
Every module ends with a real output — a prompt library, a workflow template, a completed task. Participants leave with things they can use on Monday morning, not slides to review later.
Programme Curriculum
01
AI in Your Workplace — What It Actually Does
How AI tools work in plain terms — no jargon. What GenAI can reliably do vs. where it fails. Live demonstration using the tools your team already has (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or any platform). How to spot a bad output before it causes a problem. Participants leave knowing which tasks in their role are worth trying with AI — today.
02
Writing Prompts That Work
The difference between a prompt that produces something useful and one that produces something generic. Role, context, format, and constraint — the four elements of a professional prompt. Hands-on practice with tasks your team actually does: drafting emails, summarising documents, writing reports. Each participant builds a personal prompt library before the module ends.
03
AI for Reports, Briefs & Documents
Apply AI to the documents your team produces most: status reports, client briefs, meeting minutes, SOPs, and internal communications. Structured prompting for longer outputs — how to get a 10-page report outline in 3 minutes and refine it in 5. Templates your team can reuse. Participants complete a real work document during the session.
04
AI for Data, Research & Presentations
AI-assisted data interpretation: turning raw numbers into clear narrative. Research synthesis: summarising competitor analysis, market reports, and client feedback at speed. Presentation building: from outline to structured deck in one session. Practical use of AI image tools to elevate visual output without a design budget.
05
Automating Repetitive Work
Hands-On Activity
Identify the tasks your team does repeatedly that AI can handle entirely or partially. Introduction to no-code AI automation: connecting tools, building simple workflows, setting up recurring AI tasks. Custom GPTs and AI assistants built around your team's specific needs. Participants map three tasks they will automate — and begin building one before the session ends.
06
AI Tools at Scale
For teams ready to go beyond the chat interface: connecting AI to your existing systems and data. API basics without the engineering jargon — what is possible, what it costs, and what you need to make it work. Practical use cases: AI that reads your inbox, drafts your responses, and flags what needs your attention. When to involve IT and when you can move without them.
07
Safe AI Practices & Team Commitment
Leave With This
What your team should never share with a public AI model — and why. How to verify AI output before acting on it. Building a team-level acceptable use habit without creating bureaucracy. Capstone: each participant identifies one workflow they will change, one AI tool they will adopt, and one risk they will guard against. Peer sharing and written commitment. Facilitator provides a summary to the group and the line manager.
